Didi Dramani Vows to Fix Wastefulness as Black Galaxies Prepare for CHAN Return Leg

Black Galaxies head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani has expressed disappointment over his team’s inability to capitalize on their chances in the goalless draw against Nigeria in the first leg of the 2024 CHAN qualifiers.

Ghana  were held by Nigeria at the Ohene Gyan Stadium in Accra on Sunday, December 22, in what was a physical and closely contested match.

Despite creating several opportunities, the Galaxies failed to convert, leaving the tie delicately balanced ahead of the return leg.

Speaking after the match, Coach Dramani acknowledged the team’s shortcomings in the attacking department:

“We created opportunities but lacked the final touch. We’ll address that and go to Nigeria with a plan to win,” he stated confidently.

The return leg is scheduled for Saturday, December 28, in Nigeria. With a ticket to the 2024 CHAN tournament at stake, Dramani is determined to work on his team’s finishing and tactical discipline before the crucial encounter.
