Botchway, known for his disciplined coaching style and detail-oriented match preparation, earned widespread respect for his work with Kotoku Royals, where he guided the team through one of their most competitive phases in recent years.
As part of the restructuring, former head coach Kwaku Danso has been reassigned to the role of Technical Advisor. Danso’s vast experience and influence in shaping Bechem United’s identity over past seasons are expected to play a pivotal role in supporting the club’s broader football strategy.
