Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko have bolstered their squad with the acquisition of talented winger Philip Amoh, ahead of the 2025/26 football season.

The 23-year-old joins the Porcupine Warriors on a three-year deal from Division One League side New Edubiase United, as the club continues its squad rebuild for domestic and continental competitions.

Amoh, formerly of Pacific Heroes, brings a wealth of lower-tier experience to the team, having played in over 80 Division One League games. He enjoyed an impressive campaign last season, scoring six goals and providing 11 assists, marking him as one of the division’s standout attacking players.

Known for his speed, agility, and ability to beat defenders in one-on-one situations, Amoh primarily operates from the left wing. His direct playing style and creative vision are expected to inject energy and depth into Kotoko’s attack.

His signing adds to Kotoko’s growing roster as the Kumasi-based club prepares for its CAF Confederation Cup campaign and seeks a return to dominance in the Ghana Premier League.
