“Aboubakar Ouattara is a good coach”- Ibrahim Sunday

Ghanaian football legend Ibrahim Sunday has voiced his support for Hearts of Oak head coach Aboubakar Ouattara, commending his character and abilities as a leader.

The former Black Stars player expressed optimism about Ouattara’s potential to bring success to the club.

According to the former African Player of the Year, Coach Ouattara has been his long time friend and revealed Outtara called when taking up the Hearts of Oak job.

“I was with Aboubakar Ouattara in Ivory Coast. He called me when he was coming to Ghana to coach Hearts of Oak. His a good person and a good coach,” Sunday stated. “I hope that he gets things right and starts winning a lot of games for Hearts of Oak.” He told Asempa FM.

Sunday’s endorsement is significant, given his standing as one of the country’s most respected football figures. Hearts of Oak will lock horns with Kotoko next in the GPL.
