Sixth Suspect Arrested in Nsoatreman-Asante Kotoko Match Violence
The Ghana Police Service has arrested Elizabeth Akosua Ntiriwaa, popularly known as “Akosua Black Chinese,” in connection with the violent disturbances during the football match between Nsoatreman FC and Kumasi Asante Kotoko FC on February 2, 2025.
This recent development brings the total number of arrests linked to the incident to six. Akosua Ntiriwaa is currently in police custody and is cooperating with law enforcement as part of the ongoing investigation.

The police reaffirmed their commitment to a thorough intelligence-led inquiry, emphasizing that efforts are ongoing to identify and apprehend all individuals involved in the violent altercation.
The Ghana Police Service has assured the public that justice will be served and is encouraging anyone with additional information to assist in the investigation to step forward.
