MTN FA Cup Round of 16 Draw Produces Exciting Matchups

The draw for the Round of 16 of the 2024/25 MTN FA Cup was conducted earlier today at the GFA Secretariat, presenting some thrilling and tricky fixtures for football fans.

One notable absence from the draw was defending champions Nsoatreman FC, who were eliminated in the Round of 32 after a dramatic penalty shootout defeat to Young Apostles FC.

Nine-time FA Cup winners Asante Kotoko will host Sekondi Eleven Wise, a club rich in tradition, in what promises to be a captivating clash.

Hearts of Oak, the most successful club in the competition’s history, will travel to face Golden Kicks FC, while PAC Academy will make the trip to Tarkwa to take on two-time winners Medeama SC.

Meanwhile, 2011 champions Nania FC will hit the road to battle True Democracy FC, as they seek another deep run in the competition. The dates for the games to be played will be communicated later by the GFA.
