Defender Richard Yeboah says Aduana FC are fully focused on securing victory when they face Techiman Liberty FC in the quarterfinals of the MTN FA Cup.

The Dormaa-based side will travel to Techiman for the crucial encounter, with both teams battling for a place in the semifinals of the domestic competition.

Despite Aduana’s status as a top-flight club in the Ghana Premier League, Yeboah insists the team is not taking their lower-division opponents lightly.

“The training is going very well. We can defeat Techiman Liberty. They are a Division One team, and we are a Premier League team, but we won’t underrate them,” the defender told Aduana FC TV.

Yeboah also used the opportunity to rally the club’s supporters to come out in large numbers to back the team during the decisive fixture.

“We believe we can beat them and that is why we are appealing to the supporters to come and cheer us on, and God willing, on Saturday we will win the match for them,” he added.

The quarterfinal clash is scheduled for Saturday, March 14, and will take place at the Ohene Ameyaw Park, with kickoff set for 3:00 pm.
