Head coach of Aduana FC, Cioaba Aristica, has called on his players to stay fully focused as they prepare for their quarterfinal fixture in the MTN FA Cup.

The Fire Club will take on lower-division side Techiman Liberty FC on Saturday, March 14, with both teams aiming to secure a spot in the semifinals of the competition.

Speaking ahead of the encounter, Aristica revealed that morale within the squad has improved following their recent 2–0 victory over Techiman Eleven Wonders in the Ghana Premier League.

The Aduana trainer explained that confidence had been a concern within the squad but believes the latest result has helped lift the spirits of his players.

“I believe that after winning our home game 2-0, the players now have more confidence. That has been the only problem in the team. This week in the training, I see the players with more confidence, and they are working hard. If this continues, I believe we will do well in the future. It is important we concentrate on this game to avoid any mistakes and play to win,” Aristica told Aduana FC TV.

Despite facing a lower-tier opponent, the experienced coach stressed that his players must remain disciplined and approach the match with the right mentality.

The quarterfinal clash is scheduled to kick off at 3:00 pm at the Ohene Ameyaw Park in Techiman.
