Legon Cities assistant coach Saeed Adnan has openly admitted that his team is facing serious difficulties following their 2-0 loss to Asante Kotoko, a result that leaves them deep in the relegation zone.

Speaking after the match, Adnan did not shy away from the team’s struggles, acknowledging the challenges they face in their battle for survival.

“We are struggling. I can’t deny the fact that we are struggling,” he said.

Legon Cities had shown signs of improvement under head coach Yaw Acheampong, but back-to-back defeats have stalled their momentum, putting them in a difficult position in the Ghana Premier League standings.

With the league campaign entering a crucial phase, the team will need to find solutions quickly if they are to avoid dropping into the second tier.
