Asante Kotoko head coach, Prosper Narteh Ogum, has reassured the club’s supporters of the team’s unwavering commitment to securing more victories in the coming matches.

Ogum expressed his appreciation for the fans following Kotoko’s hard-fought 2-1 triumph over True Democracy in the MTN FA Cup quarterfinals on Sunday.

He further emphasized the impact of fan comments on players’ performances, encouraging supporters to uplift the squad rather than put unnecessary pressure on them.

“We will also try our best to deliver to their expectations. As I always say, these players tell me some of the comments put pressure on them and distract them. They should always be positive and confident. When they do that, we will achieve our targets. But I want to tell you that we are working harder and harder to make sure we get the results,” he added.

With their place in the MTN FA Cup semifinals secured, Kotoko will now shift focus to the Ghana Premier League, where they will face Berekum Chelsea on Wednesday in an outstanding Matchday 21 fixture.
