Joseph Esso Determined to Revive Dreams FC’s Fortunes
Dreams FC captain Joseph Esso has expressed his dissatisfaction with his team’s current performance in the Ghana Premier League and pledged to lead efforts to turn their fortunes around.
Dreams FC have won just two games so far in the Ghana Premier League and occupy the 15th position on the league log.
Esso acknowledged the weight of responsibility on his shoulders as a senior player and team leader.
“As a captain, you know if things go well, they will look up to you. And me as a senior player, I will be expected to lift the boys up or do something to put the team in a better position on the league log,” he told 3Sports.
Esso’s determination to elevate his team’s standing in the league is evident, as he emphasized his commitment to putting in extra effort to inspire improvement.
“I’m personally not happy with the way things are going with Dreams FC,” he admitted.
Dreams FC, who have struggled to find consistent form this season, will be looking to their captain’s leadership both on and off the pitch to steer them back on track.
