Dormon Urges Dreams FC to Raise Intensity as Title Run-In Nears
Dreams FC head coach Winfred Dormon has challenged his players to sharpen their focus as the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season approaches its decisive phase, stressing the need for consistency and the right mindset.
The Still Believe Boys are set to host Karela United in a Week 22 encounter on Sunday, February 15, at the Tuba AstroTurf, with kick-off scheduled for 3:00 pm. Dormon believes the fixture presents an important opportunity to build momentum in the closing stretch of the campaign.
Speaking ahead of the match, the gaffer emphasized the importance of mentality as the league enters its critical stage.
“We know that we are gradually getting to the business end of the league and therefore we have to take every game seriously with the correct attitude and mentality,” Dormon said.
He also warned against underestimating Karela United, who are coming off a positive result and are expected to pose a stern test.
“Karela is a good team. They won in their last game, and they will be coming here to frustrate us to see if they can pick something from this game. That is why we must approach this game confidently but very carefully. We must put our best foot forward and make sure we win this game,” he added.
Dreams FC will be looking to secure maximum points at home as they push for a strong finish to the season, with every fixture now carrying significant weight in the race for league positions.
