The Kotoko striker, Albert Amoah has revealed a personal motivation that fueled his performance against Hearts of Oak.

Amoah’s goal was the difference-maker, securing a vital win for the Porcupine Warriors in what was a crucial Ghana Premier League clash.

According to Amoah, a call from former Kotoko forward Eric Bekoe on the morning of the match played a significant role in boosting his confidence.

“Eric Bekoe called me in the morning and told me I had a goal in the game,” Amoah disclosed. “That gave me extra belief, and I was determined to make it happen.” He said.
