Aidoo Targets Momentum as Eleven Wonders Boost Survival Hopes
Eleven Wonders head coach Emmanuel Aidoo believes Monday’s hard-earned triumph over Dreams FC could serve as a turning point in the club’s battle to stay in the Ghana Premier League.
The team produced a commanding performance to seal a 2-0 victory, a result that not only lifted team morale but also carried special meaning for the head coach.
“Winning against Dreams FC is a great feeling. You know, today is my birthday, so I told my boys, and they asked me what I wanted. I told them to win this match for me, and that’s what they have done,” Aidoo revealed after the game.
While the victory provided a welcome boost, Aidoo stressed that there is no room for complacency as the relegation fight remains intense.
“The celebration ends right here because where we are sitting on the league table is not good. We will put these three points somewhere, and we will push for more points in the upcoming games,” he added.
With renewed confidence and back-to-back fixtures ahead, Aidoo is hopeful the result will spark the consistency needed to keep Eleven Wonders in the top flight.
