Ghana Premier League side Aduana FC have announced the acquisition of promising right-back Stephen Kwakye in the ongoing summer transfer window.

The 22-year-old defender joins the Fire Boys on a three-year deal from fellow Premier League outfit Vision FC, following an impressive spell that caught the attention of several top-flight clubs.

Aduana FC, two-time Ghana Premier League champions, are undertaking a major squad rebuild ahead of the 2025/26 season after a lacklustre campaign that saw them finish 9th on the league table. The club is aggressively reinforcing key positions in a bid to return to title contention.

Kwakye is widely admired for his stamina, overlapping runs, and disciplined defensive positioning — qualities the Dormaa-based club believes will bring stability and drive to their right flank.

The signing of Kwakye is part of Aduana’s broader strategy to strengthen their squad, having already brought in several reinforcements this window. He joins the likes of Gregory Obeng Sekyere, Mezack Afriyie, Godfred Boakye, and Charles Gyamfi Kamara, as the latest additions to the team.

With these new arrivals, Aduana FC are looking to build a more competitive squad capable of challenging for silverware in the upcoming season.
