Prosper Narteh Ogum Confident Ahead of Kotoko’s Clash with Legon Cities
Asante Kotoko head coach, Prosper Narteh Ogum, has expressed confidence in his team’s preparation and mindset as they gear up for their Ghana Premier League Week 23 fixture against Legon Cities FC.
Speaking in a pre-match interview with Asante Kotoko TV, Ogum revealed that his side is highly motivated, especially considering their first-round loss to Legon Cities, which marked the beginning of a rough patch for the Porcupine Warriors.
“We are going into the game with a very confident and determined approach because they were the first team to defeat us in the first round, and after that, we lost three more games,” Ogum stated.
He emphasized the tactical improvements made since then, ensuring that his side is well-prepared to secure all three points.
“Tactically, we have done a lot to make sure that on Sunday, we play strongly and aggressively to get the three points. Physically, we are in good shape, and tactically, we are in good shape, so we are ready.”
The much-anticipated clash between Asante Kotoko and Legon Cities is set to take place at Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday, March 9, with kickoff at 3:00 PM.
