Ghanaian midfielder Baba Fuseini has officially joined Medeama Sporting Club, penning a three-year contract with the reigning Ghana Premier League champions.

The Mauve and Yellow confirmed the acquisition on Friday, August 8, through an official club statement:

“Delighted to announce the signing of Midfielder, Baba Fuseini, on a 3-year contract.”

Fuseini’s arrival is part of Medeama’s strategic squad reinforcement ahead of the 2025/26 football season, with the midfielder expected to add depth and stability to the team’s engine room.

He becomes one of several midfield signings in recent weeks, joining Richard Owusu and Fuzy Tailor as new additions to the Tarkwa-based side. Beyond midfield reinforcements, Medeama have also moved to strengthen other departments of the squad.

The club’s management and technical team are working hand in hand to finalise a roster capable of challenging for silverware in the upcoming season, as Medeama look to defend their domestic crown and compete strongly on the continental stage.
