Defending Premier League heavyweights Asante Kotoko have been handed a tough test against Aduana FC, a fixture that stands out as one of the biggest ties of the round. Two former champions will lock horns as both sides chase a place in the quarterfinals of Ghana’s premier domestic cup competition.
Elsewhere, two-time FA Cup winners Medeama SC will come up against FC Samartex in what promises to be a fiercely contested encounter between familiar top-flight opponents. Dreams FC, champions in 2023, will face Inter Allies FC, renewing a rivalry that adds extra spice to the knockout stage.
