GFA Distributes Buses to Nine Clubs
The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has delivered buses to nine clubs as part of its commitment to support teams in the Ghana Premier League and Division One League.
The presentation ceremony took place on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Clubs such as Young Apostles, Okwahu United, New Edubiase United, Basake Holy Stars, and Vision FC were among the beneficiaries.
This initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance transportation logistics for football clubs. It also marks a key step in fulfilling the GFA’s pledge to support teams across the first three tiers of Ghanaian football.
Speaking nine months earlier, GFA President Kurt Okraku outlined the vision behind the initiative, stating, “The strategy is to invest in thirty buses for clubs in the three-tier leagues of Ghana to enhance performance and growth of the domestic game.”
