Head coach of Accra Hearts of Oak, Didi Dramani, has called on his players to build on the lessons learned from their recent defeat as they prepare for their next match in the Ghana Premier League.

The Phobians are looking to bounce back after a 2-1 loss to Bibiani Gold Stars, a result that halted their momentum in the title race.

Reflecting on the match, Dramani acknowledged that although the team created several opportunities, they must continue working to improve their efficiency and overall performance.

“We took lessons from that game. We created a lot of chances in that game, and so we need to keep working hard,” he said.

Despite the setback, Hearts of Oak remain firmly in the race near the top of the league table. The Accra-based side currently occupies third position with 40 points, six behind league leaders Medeama SC.

Dramani emphasized that the team must continue pushing forward if they want to remain competitive in the title chase.

“We want to go forward, and if we want to do that, then we need to improve,” he added.

Hearts of Oak will have the chance to respond when they host Basake Holy Stars on Sunday at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium, with kickoff scheduled for 3:00 pm
