Black Galaxies Coach Didi Dramani Confident Ahead of Crucial Return Leg Against Nigeria
Head coach of the Black Galaxies, Didi Dramani, has expressed confidence in his team’s ability to secure a positive result in their crucial return leg clash with Nigeria in Uyo.
The tie remains delicately poised, with everything to play for in the second encounter.
Speaking ahead of the highly anticipated match, Dramani outlined his tactical priorities and the mindset he is instilling in his players.
“As much as possible, we will try to keep a clean sheet, but I want to believe that we will surely score,” Dramani stated. “We will score, we will open up something. I control the energy, the effort, I control the performance [of my boys], but the results, we don’t control it.”
The match in Uyo serves as the second leg of the qualification playoff for the 2025 African Nations Championship (CHAN), with both teams eyeing a spot in the prestigious tournament to be hosted in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda next year.
