Bechem United Coach Botchway Confident of Securing First Win Against Heart of Lions
Bechem United head coach Stephen Desmond-Issah Botchway has expressed strong determination to guide his side to their maiden victory of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League campaign when they lock horns with Heart of Lions this weekend.
The Hunters have endured a mixed start to the season, falling 2-1 to defending champions Gold Stars on opening day before settling for a goalless draw with Holy Stars in Week 2. Now, Botchway believes it is time for his side to turn their performances into three points.
“We are working hard to make sure we pick all three points. We know we are going to play a very tough match against Kpando Heart of Lions. We are building gradually, and before Sunday, we will be ready. We are going in with all our might to make sure we claim the maximum three points,” he told Bechem United TV.
Bechem United will travel to Kpando for the Week 3 fixture on Sunday, September 28, aiming to break their winless run and ignite their season with a crucial away victory.
