Ghanaian para-athlete Zinabu Issah has made history at the World Para Athletics (WPA) 2025 Grand Prix in Marrakech, Morocco, winning gold in the F57 women’s discus throw with a phenomenal record-breaking distance of 29.25 meters.

This sensational performance not only secured her the top podium spot but also shattered her previous personal best of 26.66 meters, which she set at the same venue during the 2024 edition of the Grand Prix.
