Otto Addo is expecting a stronger showing from the Black Stars when they face Germany in their final friendly of the March international window.

Ghana head into the clash looking to bounce back from a heavy defeat to Austria, a result that exposed several weaknesses and sparked concerns about the team’s readiness ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Despite the setback, Addo remains confident his side can respond positively, revealing that the technical team has spent time reviewing the performance and addressing key issues.

“We’ve had a lot of things to analyze after the last game which was a big big woe for us,” he said ahead of the encounter.

The Ghana coach acknowledged the challenge posed by Germany but insisted his players are mentally prepared to rise to the occasion.

“We had a lot of things to talk through, analyze through and even though we face a stronger opponent but I am optimistic that we can handle the situation.”

Addo also confirmed that preparations are nearing completion, with the team focused on fine-tuning details ahead of kickoff.

“We are ready; this is our last training and we will try to prepare the last things and look forward for tomorrow.”

The match, scheduled to take place in Stuttgart at 18:45 GMT, offers Ghana a final opportunity to make a statement and rebuild confidence before returning to competitive action.
