Two-time Ghana Premier League champions Aduana Stars FC have named coach Yaw Acheampong as their new head coach.
Aduana Stars FC who finished second last season on the league log behind Medeama SC after the season had no substantive manager following the departure of Coach Samuel Paa Kwesi Fabin. The experienced trainer left Aduana Stars for Legon Cities FC following the expiration of his one-year contract.
On Tuesday, the Dormaa Club confirmed the appointment of Ghanaian gaffer Yaw Acheampong as replacement for Paa Kwesi Fabin. He signed a year contract with an option to extend.

Acheampong, a former Ghana international over a season and half was unattached after he last worked as Techiman Eleven Wonders FC boss in 2021-22 league season.
Having managed Elmina Sharks FC and Medeama SC, he is expected to guide Aduana Stars FC to the league title of which they lost last season.
