Kassim Mingle Announce 20-Man Squad for High-Profile Friendly Against South Africa
Ghana’s home-based national team, the Black Galaxies, will take on South Africa’s Bafana Bafana in an international friendly on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, with head coach Kassim Mingle confirming a 20-man squad for the trip.
For Bafana Bafana, the game serves as their final warm-up before heading to Morocco for the TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations.
The South Africans are expected to use the fixture to fine-tune tactics and solidify their team structure ahead of the continental showpiece. South Africa will contest in Group B at the AFCON, paired with Egypt, Angola and Zimbabwe.
