Karim Zito Joins FC Ashantigold 04 as Head Coach to Bolster Club’s Ambitions

FC Ashantigold have announced the addition of veteran coach Karim Zito to their technical team, strengthening the club’s backroom staff as they push for improved performances in the current Division One League campaign.

The club confirmed the development in a statement on social media, highlighting Zito’s wealth of experience, discipline and winning mentality as key assets that will add depth and belief to the squad.

Zito arrives with an impressive pedigree in Ghanaian football, having last worked with Asante Kotoko, where he served as head coach. During his time with the Porcupine Warriors, he guided the club to multiple trophies, winning the FA Cup, President Cup and Toyota Cup before stepping down from his role.

Known for his tactical acumen and ability to develop young talent, the former Dreams FC gaffer  is expected to play a key role in shaping Ashantigold’s technical direction and mentoring players as the club looks to qualify for the top flight league.

His appointment signals Ashantigold’s intent to build a strong technical foundation and rekindle their ambitions in Ghanaian football.
