Accra Hearts of Oak head coach, Aboubakar Ouattara, has sent out a bold message of hope and determination, declaring that the Phobians will soon return to the top of Ghana football.

The continental club masters have been a pale shadow of themselves and have been inconsistent for the past few seasons with club fans frequently complaining.

The Phobians are currently sixth on the Ghana Premier League log with 54 points and have won just a game in four.

Speaking on Asempa FM’s SportsNite Show with Kobby Stonne, Coach Ouattara said though the club has lost its glory in recent times, his outfit will definitely reclaim its glory and fame.

“A time will come when Accra Hearts of Oak will rise again and perform excellently. It will feel like magic – a true moment of transformation and evolution.”

His comments come at a critical time, with fans calling for a revival of the club’s competitive spirit and winning culture.

Hearts of Oak will clash with Berekum Chelsea this weekend at the Golden City Park for week 31 of the Ghana Premier League.
