Accra Hearts of Oak head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani believes the club’s ambition of winning the Ghana Premier League remains intact, even as questions grow over their inconsistent performances this season.

The Phobians dropped more points on Sunday after a goalless draw with Young Apostles, a result that pushed them down to sixth on the table.

But Dramani remains unfazed by the scrutiny, stressing that the season is long enough for Hearts to mount a strong comeback.

“It’s still possible to win the league because we have over thirty matches more to play. We just have to turn our drawing streak to wins. If you want to win the league, you have to win games,” he said confidently.

Reflecting on the stalemate in Samreboi, Dramani noted that their opponents elevated their performance due to the stature of the visitors.

“I think the game was what we anticipated. And we knew they would be motivated for the game because they were playing against Hearts of Oak. It was a game of few chances and more transitional plays,” he explained.

The Phobians face a demanding run of fixtures in the coming weeks, with matches against Vision FC, Karela United and Nations FC set to test their resolve as they aim to climb back into the title picture.
