Didi Dramani Concerned as Hearts of Oak’s Winless Run Extends
Head coach of Hearts of Oak, Didi Dramani, has voiced frustration over his side’s inability to turn chances into victories following another setback in the Ghana Premier League.
The Phobians were forced to settle for a 2-2 draw against Swedru All Blacks at the Accra Sports Stadium, stretching their winless streak to five matches. The result leaves Hearts in fourth place on 43 points, now trailing the league leaders by six points.
Attention now shifts to their upcoming fixture against Young Apostles, where Dramani and his players will be desperate to return to winning ways and reignite their push up the table.
Dramani admitted that the lack of cutting edge in front of goal is becoming a major concern.
“I think that the most important thing is that we need to win games. And so it’s worrying when we don’t win games, especially when you are creating chances and then you are not converting,” he said.
With the season entering a decisive stage, Hearts of Oak face mounting pressure to rediscover their form and convert performances into results.
