Bernard Morrison open to nationality switch

Ghanaian attacker, Bernard Morrison has availed himself for nationality switch to Tanzania.

The deadly striker having spend close to seven years trading in the Tanzanian Premier League, is expecting to switch allegiance for Tanzania ahead of the upcoming 2023 Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Ivory Coast.

Despite, impressive performance at club level with Young Africans SC and Simba SC have yet to make appearance for the Ghana senior national team.

Currently, he ply’s in the Moroccan league with giant’s AS FAR Rabat.

The sekondi born, took to twitter availing himself for a switch, saying; “Tanzania has qualified for the AFCON championship, I wish to be granted citizenship early so that I can play in that tournament”.

Tanzania has booked ticket to the next Africa Cup of Nations and he wants to represent them having waited for Ghana for years without call-up.
