Heart of Lions Assistant Coach, Daniel Nii Adjei, has assured fans that his team is in top shape and ready for their Ghana Premier League fixture against Vision FC after nearly five weeks of inactivity.

Heart of Lions, currently third in the standings and just one point behind leaders Bibiani GoldStars, will return to action against Vision FC at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex in Tema Newtown.

Speaking ahead of the match, Nii Adjei expressed confidence in his team’s preparation and readiness to continue their strong campaign.

“We have been preparing very well for the league,” Nii Adjei told the club’s media.

“Since the break, we have not rested. We have been training all the time and getting ready for the league. Everybody is fit and ready for the upcoming game.”

With the competition at the top of the table heating up, Heart of Lions knows that dropping points could be costly in their pursuit of the title.

“We are not going to slow down,” Nii Adjei emphasized.

“We are not going to just watch them play—we are going there to fight. If we lose this match, it won’t help us, so we are going in very tough, determined to get at least a point or win this match.”

With renewed energy and motivation, Heart of Lions will be aiming to pick up where they left off and continue their quest for a strong finish in the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season.
