Bechem United skipper Augustine Okrah has vowed to lead his side to victory when they host Nations FC in their upcoming Week 8 Ghana Premier League encounter.

The Hunters have endured a tough start to the 2025/26 season, managing inconsistent results that have left them closer to the lower half of the table. With pressure mounting, Friday’s fixture at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park presents an opportunity for Bechem United to turn their fortunes around.

In a pre-match interview with Bechem United TV, Okrah acknowledged the team’s recent struggles but expressed strong belief that unity and hard work can propel them to a much-needed win.

“I think what we can do to encourage ourselves is to be there for each other. We have new players and they are doing well. We are preparing well for our next game and we are working hard to get a good result on Friday. I hope by the grace of God we will do our best to get the three points for Bechem United,” Okrah said.

Okrah, who has been one of the team’s standout performers this campaign, also emphasized the importance of teamwork and morale within the squad as they continue to adapt to new additions.

Bechem United currently trail Nations FC by three points on the league table, and both sides will be eager to collect maximum points to improve their standings.

The crucial Week 8 clash is scheduled for Friday, October 31, with kick-off at 3:00 PM at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Stadium in Bechem.
