Accra Hearts of Oak SC trainer, Slavko Matic believe his charges failed to come good against Aduana Stars FC on Sunday losing 2-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium in league match.

According to the Serbian, his boys were wasteful upfront and could not stand toll to toll with the visitors.

Hearts of Oak SC suffered two goals from their former player Isaac Mintah

Slavko Matic says, it’s painful loss to Aduana Stars.

“We have lot of chances. If you count we have 6 or 7 chances. You didn’t score goals and they punish you…sometimes when you don’t score mentally the team goes down and I think that happened today.”

The Rainbow Club have dropped two places on the league table after 18 matches and are on the 4th spot at the moment with 28 points.

They will face regional rivals Great Olympics on Wednesday.
