Richmond Ayi signs new deal with Hearts of Oak SC

Ghanaian shot-stopper Richmond Ayi, has extended his contract with giant’s Hearts of Oak SC.

The former Techiman City glovesman believes there is a lot to offer and receive from the reigning MTN FA Cup champions therefore, has opted to commit his future with the club.

Richmond Ayi has signed a new three-year deal with the club.

The new contract extension will see him stay with Accra Hearts of Oak until 2025.
He joined the Phobians from West African Football Academy (WAFA) in 2019 after his two-year stint with the side ended.

He played for the Ghana national under-23 football team from 2018 to 2019 and was a member of the squad that featured for Ghana at the 2019 Africa U-23 Cup of Nations.

Ayi was key for the Phobians when they clinched the league title in the 2020/21 season and topped it up with the MTN FA Cup same year.
