REST IN PEACE: Mohammed Kudus pays tribute to Christian Atsu

In-form AF Ajax Amsterdam attacker, Mohammed Kudus paid a heartfelt tribute to countryman Christian Atsu Twasam who was confirmed dead on Saturday morning following a severe earthquake in Turkey.

The 31-year-old who had stint with clubs like, Chelsea FC, Malaga, FC Porto, Bournemouth and Newcastle was trapped in a 7.7 magnitude earthquake building which occurred in Turkey early this month and after close to two weeks, lost his life.

Kudus, who scored Ajax Amsterdam fourth goal in their home game against Sparta Rotherham on Sunday evening paid emotional tribute to the 2015 African Cup of Nations best player Christian Atsu.

In his tribute, he wished Atsu to Rest In Peace…A message which was under his red and white Jersey was captured by the camera and nearly got him into a problem.

However, Kudus run away without a yellow card.
