Rashid Nortey net debut goal for Asante Kotoko SC

The Ghanaian midfielder wasted no time to open his goalscoring account for his new team Asante Kotoko SC in their 4-0 emphatic win over Accra Lions FC on Monday evening at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

In his second appearance for Asante Kotoko SC, Nortey bagged his first goal after netting the opener for his team in the 23rd minute.

Steven Mukwala made it 2-0 before break and had his brace four minutes into the second half.

The Ugandan forward Steven Mukwala got on a brace before former King Faisal midfielder Enock Morrison placed the icing on the cake in the 57th minute.

Rashid Nortey enjoyed full throttle of the game at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
