Mubarak Wakaso shares update on Christian Atsu

Ghana international Mubarak Wakaso has asked all to remain calm but be measured with information shared across, regards to Christian Atsu, a national teammate and brother.

He took to twitter to share an update on bosom friend Christian Atsu, disappearance in a tragic earthquake in Turkey.

Atsu is yet to be found despite news to the contrary earlier on Tuesday.

It was reported that, the Hatayspor forward had been pulled out of the rubble and sent to the hospital to receive treatment.

However, the latest news from Turkish media outfits early on Wednesday refuted the claims insisting no hospital records can confirm the earlier claims.

The development means the player is yet to be found with search still ongoing.

Amid the tension surrounding the situation on social media and across board, Wakaso Mubarak who shares a close bond to the player has posted a statement via his Twitter handle.

He tweeted;
