Medeama SC will entertain Aduana Stars in their 2022/23 BetPawa Premier League match day three fixture at home this weekend.

The Mauves and Yellow outfit will be missing some key players in their all must win encounter on Sunday, at the Akoon Park. They will hope to amass a win from the epic encounter, however, five of their first team players will not be in action due to injuries.

Young talented Ghanaian winger Ebenezer Ackahbi, Zakaria Mumuni and Kwadwo Asamoah are doubt for the game due to a major injury they suffered.

Skipper Kwasi Donsu and defender Vincent Atingah also remain major doubts.

Ackahbi is still in his rehabilitation after picking up a knock during their game against RTU at home whiles Zakaria is out with a swollen knee and is almost certain to miss the match against Aduana Stars.

Donsu, on the other hand picked up a shin injury during his side’s 1-0 defeat to Berekum Chelsea last week.

Kwadwo Asamoah could be out for up to two weeks with an ankle problem. He is expected to undergo further scan to determine the extent of the problem.

Vincent Atingah though is training with the team but looks doubtful for the game as the team wants him rest for next week game.
