Kamaldeen Sulemana features in Southampton away win over Chelsea FC

The 22-year-old Ghanaian international secured his second consecutive start for Southampton as they brushed off contest from Chelsea FC on Saturday afternoon. 

The Saints travelled to shock Graham Potters’ side at Stamford Bridge 1-0, to boost their Premier league survival.

Southampton sit 20th on the log with 18 points after amassing all points over Chelsea FC.

Sulemana who joined the Saints in the January transfer, spend 58 minutes on the field before getting substituted with Adam Armstrong.

He had a difficult game though, but was up to the task at the right flanks for the visitors. Nevertheless, he helped in his outfit winning with a narrow scoreline through Ward-Prowse with a set-piece.

They will next face Leeds United away on February 25, 2023.
