JUST IN: Samuel Boadu named Ghana U-20 head coach

Ghanaian trainer Samuel Boadu has been appointed as new gaffer for Ghana U-20 male team, the Black Satellites.

The Ghana Football Association(GFA) following an ExCO meeting taken the decision to name ex-Hearts of Oak SC gaffer Samuel Boadu as Black Satellites coach.

He takes over from coach Abdul Karim Zito who led the outfit for close to two years .

Boadu who left his job as Accra Hearts of Oak SC gaffer few weeks ago was assistant to Karim Zito and now succeeds him at the national team level.

During his days, with Hearts of Oak SC coach he won the Ghana Premier League title, MTN FA(back-to-back), Super Cup and President Cup.

The former Asokwa Deportivo and Medeama SC will receive support from Desmond Offei and Salifu Fatawu as assistant one and two respectively.

Former Ghana international Fatawu Dauda has been named the goalkeepers trainer.
