HUGE: Hearts of Oak key midfielder fit for Great Olympics FC game
Accra Hearts of Oak SC have received morale bolster following the return of attacking midfielder Salifu Ibrahim ahead of Premier League week 19 clash.
The left-footed midfielder who can play as a winger has resumed training after weeks of visiting the treatment room. He sustained a knee injury for close to three weeks which took him out of action.
He suffered the injury in their MTN FA Cup lost to Dreams FC.
Salifu, a former Techiman Eleven Wonders star has passed the fitness test and ready for Hearts of Oak SC crunchy encounter against Great Olympics FC in mid-week fixture.
Under Slavko Matic, the Phobians have seen dangling performance with constant dropping of points and the return of Ibrahim is expected to offer the Serbian trainer the cutting edge with his job at risk.
The Continental Club Masters have struggled with goal scoring chances and will have to rise to the occasion on Wednesday before Super clash with Asante Kotoko SC on Sunday.
