Most sort after, Kudus Mohammed after days of holidays in Ghana returned to Ajax Amsterdam in the Dutch Eredivisie. Having had a fantastic 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar rejoined his teammates for a friendly.

The 22-year-old Ghanaian rejoined the Eredivisie champions, playing a part in their friendly game against lower-tier side Telstar on Friday.

Kudus commanded a starting berth for Alfred Schreuder’s outfit who gloriously whitewashed Telstar 5-1 in a test game.

The Liverpool FC, Dortmund FC and Everton FC target was good to watch especially in the first half, after creating the first chance of the goal but saw his effort bounce away.

He again came close to finding the net around the 23rd minute but luck could not smile on him.

However, he inspired the Red and Whites to an emphatic victory enjoying 60 minutes of action.

The Black Stars midfielder scored 10 goals in 21 competitive games for Ajax since the start of the 2022/23 campaign.
