Ghanaian winger Latif Blessing join New England Revolution

New England Revolution football club have sign Ghanaian attacker Latif Attah Blessing on a year contract. They acquired Blessing from Los Angeles Football Club were he had five year stints.

Los Angeles announced on Tuesday that, the club has secured $400,000 in 2023 General Allocation Money (GAM) from England Revolution in exchange for midfielder Latif Blessing.

Los Angeles could receive up to an additional $300,000 in GAM if certain conditions are met.

The former Liberty Professionals winger after winning the Ghana Premier League goal King award in 2016 season with 17 goals made a move to the Major League Soccer.

He is all-time leader in games played (145) and minutes played (9,749). He also ranks second in assists (23), and fifth in both goals (14) and shots (146). One of the first players to join LAFC via the 2018 MLS Expansion Draft, Blessing spent his first MLS season with Sporting Kansas City in 2017.

For his MLS career, the attacking midfielder owns 170 regular season appearances, 17 goals, and 24 assists, with five more starts in the MLS Cup Playoffs.
