Ghana forward Joseph Paintsil record double digits in Belgium Jupiler Pro League
The Ghanaian international this season has already hit double digits for KRC Genk in the Belgium Jupiler Pro League after getting an assist in derby clash with STVV on Sunday.
Genk travelled away to pick a point in a 2-2 draw to STVV, as they keep UEFA Champions League qualification alive.
Paintsil impressive performance once again came to live infront of 1,200 visiting Genkies. Showing what he is made off in the first half he got an important assist to inspire the away team to a draw.
Samatta broke the deadlock in the 24th minute before STVV levelled at the stroke of half time. Goalkeeper Schmidt had to pull out all the stops to keep the ball out of his goal.
But Paintsil followed well and spooned the ball on the head of Tanzanian goalgetter Samatta, who headed his second of the afternoon against the nets, in the 68th minute mark.
Samatta doubled the visitors lead from Paintsil brilliant cross in with the head before a late drama gave STVV the equalizer.

The former Tema Youth star now has 11 goals and 11 assists to his name in the Belgian top flight league.
He’s taken his game to another level.
However, he did not enjoy full throttle of the derby seeing Yira Sor replace him in the 78th minute.
Currently, KRC Genk are top of the Belgium Jupiler Pro League with 67 points. Eight points better off Union Saint who is second after 28 matches.
