Ghana forward Benjamin Tetteh sustain fresh injury

Ghana international, Benjamin Tetteh seems in crisis as he constantly suffers injury in Hull City. 

Tetteh, 25, could not make Ghana’s final squad for the 2022 FIFA World Cup due to injury he sustained at club level. It took him off for close to two months but upon return not seen much games and boom another injury.

Benjamin Tetteh over the weekend, in Hull City 1-1 draw with Coventry City he was taken off in the first half following an injury he picked. The striker have sustained an hamstring injury expected to miss the entire league season.

He was handed a starting role by manager Liam Rosenior but he was forced to go off after just 24 minutes of action.

The former Dreams FC man after 24 minutes chased a ball down inside the Sky Blues box, only to pull up holding his right hamstring.

It is another significant injury blow for the former Yeni Malatyspor forward who spoke only on Thursday of his relief at getting fit again after so long out injured.

The medical team of Hull City is yet to provide update on Tetteh’s injury situation but it’s likely he will be out for the season.
