Ghana defender Alexander Djiku laud team performance after Strasbourg’s 3-1 win over Ajaccio

Ghana defender Alexander Djiku was in action over the weekend for Strasbourg in the French Ligue 1 as they took on Ajaccio.

The center-back on Sunday, captained Strasbourg to beat Ajaccio 3-1 at the Stade de la Meinau. Djiku put up a marvelous performance to command from the back fir the maximum three points at home.

Kévin Gameiro shot the host infront exactly in the 26th minute and continued to hold that for first half break before Mouhamadou Diarra increased the lead for Strasbourg in the 71st minute mark.

The visiting team, Ajaccio scored a consolation after Mickaël Barreto made good use of Vincent Marchetti pass.

Few minutes to full time, Yuito Suzuki scored to seal victory for Strasbourg.
