Their form at home is what have propelled them to the top of the table. Speaking to Joy Sports, Frimpong Manso is optimistic his outfit will continue the good form at home.
“[Home record] is a very good thing; to be able to win at home and for now, we will want to continue that win,” he said. “We have the fans behind us so I think we will do our best.”
At home, Goldstars have scored 6 goals and conceded once; making them one of the best attacking sides in the league.
“It tells us that in terms of attacking, we are doing well and the same defensively too,” he continued.
“For me, it will urge us to continue to improve on what we have been doing to achieve these results. I am happy about that.”
The league leaders will trade tackles with Young Apostles in their next league game on November 10 at the Wenchi Park.
