Former King Faisal forward Ibrahim Zubeiru only goal gives Jedinstvo victory
In the Serbia PRVA Liga this weekend, former King Faisal attacker Ibrahim Zubeiru was on target for Jedinstvo as they beat Trayal Krusevac.
The Ghanaian forward scored the only goal to power Jedinstvo to a deserving victory over Trayal Krusevac. From a header, he rose the highest to meet a brilliant cross from the right flank to put his side in front in the early stages of the game.
Scoring in the fourth minute, Trayal Krusevac failed to respond throughout the encounter leaving Jedinstvo to record yet another win.
Jedinstvo missed a good chance to increase their tally through the spot kick after Zubeiru’s well struck free-kick was parried away by the goalkeeper and Dudic was fouled from the follow up.
Zubeiru now has five goal contributions in seven games since joining the Serbian club mid-way through the season.
He has three goals and two assists to his name.
His outfit, Jedinstvo are hoping to secure promotion to the championship and are currently three points above Sloboda in the race for promotion.
