Fatawu Issahaku scores hattrick for Sporting Lisbon u-19 against Ajax u-19 in Uefa Youth League

Ghana’s Fatawu Issahaku scored a hattrick in Sporting Lisbon u-19s 5-1 win against Ajax u-19 in the Uefa Youth League round of 16 first leg on Wednesday afternoon. 

The attacker was unplayable against the youngsters from Ajax. He started the game from the right side in a 4-3-3 formation playing with Rodrigo Ribeiro and Afonso Bastardo Moreira.

Sporting Lisbon scored first in the 36th minute through Fatawu Issahaku after a brilliant pass from Samuel Justo.

After the break, Ajax made a couple of changes to try and get back into the game after a bad first half performance.

Fatawu Issahaku scored his second goal in the 73rd minute after a wonderful play from the young Lions.

In the 75th minute, the home side scored their third goal through Rodrigo Ribeiro. Fatawu Issahaku grabbed his third goal in the 79th minute to make it 4-0.

Mateus Fernandes made it 5-0 in the 85th minute and Tristan Gooijer scored the consolation goal for Ajax.
